Summary: On the morning of November 12, 2016, Jiang Dahai, former Deputy Secretary-General of the Deyang Municipal Government and current Chairman of the Deyang Prose Association, along with Li Yan, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Deyang Prose Association, Jiang Shi, a member of the Chinese Prose Association, Vice President of the Sichuan Prose Association, and advisor to the Deyang Prose Association, and three other members of their delegation, enthusiastically visited Sichuan Hanzhou Electric Co., Ltd. There, they joined forces with Zheng Xuejian, Chairman of the company, Ye Chunzhi, General Manager, Wu Jing, Secretary of the company’s Party Branch, and both current and veteran members of Hanzhou’s Party leadership team, to hold the inaugural meeting of the "Deyang Prose Association Yanghanzhou Branch," followed by a formal plaque-awarding ceremony. Also in attendance were Li Chengyuan, an editor from the editorial office of *Sanxingdui Literature* magazine, and Li Xiaofu, a 90-year-old veteran of the Anti-Japanese War from Yangyang Town.

There, they joined hands with Zheng Xuejian, Chairman of the company; Ye Chunzhi, General Manager; Wu Jing, Secretary of the company’s Party Branch; and both current and retired members of Hanzhou’s Party Branch leadership team, to hold the inaugural meeting of the "Deyang Prose Association Yanghanzhou Branch," followed by a formal plaque-awarding ceremony. Also in attendance were Li Chengyuan, editor from the editorial office of *Sanxingdui Literature* magazine, and Li Xiaofu, a 90-year-old veteran of the Anti-Japanese War from Yangyang Town, who was specially invited to participate.

　　Former Party Branch Secretary Xiao Kaiqi chaired the meeting and briefly introduced the background behind the establishment of the "Deyang City Prose Association Xiangyang Hanzhou Branch," as well as the company's overall progress in Party building work.

　　Chairman Zheng Xuejian delivered a speech, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the higher-level Party committees, government bodies, and social organizations for their guidance and support of Hanzhou Electric over the years. In particular, he highlighted Chairman Jiang’s unwavering commitment during his tenure as Director of the Deyang Science and Technology Bureau and Director of the Deyang Intellectual Property Bureau, noting how Chairman Jiang consistently championed Hanzhou’s efforts in technological advancement and innovation. Thanks to this steadfast backing, Hanzhou has not only become a "leading science and technology enterprise in Deyang City" but has also earned the prestigious title of "National 863 Program CIMS Application Demonstration Enterprise"—a distinction among the smallest private enterprises in the province and even nationwide. Chairman Zheng also acknowledged the pivotal role that Hanzhou’s robust Party building initiatives have played in fostering a thriving corporate culture. Today, Hanzhou Electric remains firmly committed to keeping pace with the times, upholding its core mission: "Producing high-quality products and earning the trust of billions of customers worldwide." With a steady yet progressive approach and an unwavering dedication to ethical business practices, the company has steadily grown over the past 30 years—now emerging as a specialized manufacturer of complete sets of high- and low-voltage switchgear rated up to 40.5 kV. Hanzhou Electric’s products are proudly exported to more than 50 countries and regions across the globe, serving key industries such as aerospace, new energy, power and petrochemicals, nuclear energy, and urban rail transit. Notably, the company has been selected as a supplier for landmark national projects, including the Water Cube venue for the Olympic Games, CCTV’s Studio No. 1, and Chengdu Aircraft Corporation’s state-of-the-art large aircraft manufacturing facilities. Today marks another milestone for Hanzhou Electric with the establishment of the Yanghanzhou Branch of the Deyang Prose Writers Association. This new chapter not only strengthens the company’s cultural foundation but also creates a vibrant, positive, and dynamic platform for continued growth and development. By nurturing a warm, inclusive, and harmonious work environment, Hanzhou Electric is poised to inspire both its employees and the broader community, ensuring widespread support from everyone on the team. With Chairman Jiang’s enduring support as a guiding force, I am confident that Hanzhou Electric will not only achieve new heights in its economic endeavors but will also elevate its cultural initiatives to unprecedented levels of excellence.

　　In his speech, General Manager Ye Chunzhi expressed heartfelt gratitude to Chairman Jiang for the steadfast support he has provided to Hanzhou over the years during his tenure at the Science and Technology Bureau and the Intellectual Property Bureau, which has enabled the company to achieve remarkable success in areas such as technological advancement and product innovation. Today, the establishment of the "Deyang Prose Society Yanghang Branch" fills me with great joy. I will closely monitor developments in corporate culture and actively ensure that all necessary resources are made available to foster its growth.

　　Chairman Jiang of the Deyang Prose Association remarked: "Although I’ve stepped down from my government position, I’ve remained deeply invested in HanZhou’s growth. After all, Chairman Zheng is an outstanding entrepreneur who has risen from the very soil of Xiangyang. China’s national industry has gone through several transformative phases, and your company’s development is a prime example—a quintessential tale of China’s industrial resurgence. We’ve always been eager to lend our support to your ongoing success." In October, under the guidance of the Deyang Municipal Party Committee and Government, Deyang proudly became the first prefecture-level city nationwide to earn the title of “Town of Prose.” During the National Day holiday, we organized a series of cultural exchanges across six county-level districts and cities, themed "Meeting Mid-Autumn Festival—Exploring Deyang," aiming to foster a robust cultural ecosystem throughout the region. Yet, we also place great emphasis on corporate culture building. Today, the establishment of the "Deyang Prose Association Xiangyang HanZhou Branch" marks a momentous occasion for the Prose Association—it’s the first-ever branch established by the association in Deyang, and currently, it’s also the nation’s first corporate prose branch, setting a stellar precedent. This new chapter not only enriches the legacy of Deyang as the "Town of Prose" but also underscores the vibrant potential of corporate literature within the business community. We have high hopes that the HanZhou Branch will rise to the expectations placed upon it, excelling in several key areas: First, it should serve as a model for corporate culture initiatives across the city, providing valuable momentum for both business growth and even the integration of Party-building efforts within enterprises. Second, corporate culture is inherently diverse, encompassing literature, arts, grassroots sports, and other cultural activities. The branch must become the backbone of this multifaceted cultural framework, nurturing and promoting a thriving corporate culture at every level. Specifically, this means: 1. Articulating the core spirit of the company—fostering a culture rooted in innovation, pioneering ambition, and unwavering perseverance. 2. Crafting compelling narratives about the company itself—both its storied past and its promising future. 3. Enriching employees’ cultural lives by engaging them in meaningful literary and artistic activities. With talented members like calligraphers, photographers, and writers already part of the broader Prose Association network, the branch can tap into this wealth of expertise to cultivate local cultural leaders and enthusiasts. Ultimately, we trust that the HanZhou Branch will not only meet but exceed everyone’s expectations, actively contributing to the flourishing of both corporate and community culture. Looking ahead, the branch plans to collaborate closely with the Prose Association, working together to organize a special publication in 2017, dedicated to celebrating Xiangyang and highlighting the remarkable journey of HanZhou.

　　Around 11:20 a.m., Chairman Jiang, representing the society, presented Han Zhou with two plaques: "Yanghanzhou Branch of Deyang Prose Society" and "China's Hometown of Prose Creation Base." He also gifted the Yanghanzhou branch with the complete collection of prose books published by the Deyang Prose Society since its establishment.
