　　This competition features a total of 24 participating teams, each representing a department and consisting of 10 members. The remaining team members serve as cheerleaders, enthusiastically cheering and supporting the competitors.

　　With a single whistle from Chairman Wang Bingwen, the participating teams rallied with unwavering unity, soaring determination, and a shared spirit of teamwork. A single long rope tightly bound everyone together, as each person poured their energy into the effort. Meanwhile, cheerleaders’ enthusiastic shouts and cheers filled the company air, echoing loudly and lingering long after. In that moment, everyone was fully immersed in a state of focused dedication, driven by a common goal. The teams persevered relentlessly, giving their all in pursuit of their collective pride—and in doing so, they showcased HanZhou’s strong sense of teamwork and deep-rooted commitment to group excellence.

　　With the strong support of company leadership and the active participation of all departments, this year's tug-of-war competition was a complete success:

　　First place goes to the Electrical Complete Equipment Department—High-Voltage Line 1.

　　Second place goes to the Electrical Complete Equipment Division—Batching Team, the Electrical Complete Equipment Division—Busbar Fabrication Team, and the Electrical Complete Equipment Division—Engraving Mixed Team.

　　Third place goes to the mixed team from the Cabinet Manufacturing Department – Sheet Metal Second Line, and the Supply Chain Management Department.
