At 3:00 p.m., he was accompanied by Yang Bo, Secretary of the Guanghan Municipal Party Committee, along with other leaders such as Mao Junfu, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Guanghan, to inspect Sichuan Hanzhou Electric Co., Ltd. The company’s General Manager, Ye Chunzhi, and Wang Juzhong, Secretary of the Xiangyang Town Party Committee, warmly welcomed Comrade Ke Zunping and his delegation at the company premises. Focusing on the themes of "Enterprise Service Year" and "Industry Enhancement Year," General Manager Ye Chunzhi provided a comprehensive overview to Minister Ke and other officials, covering the company’s development history, the market potential of its products, and its current operational and production status. Ten years earlier, Comrade Ke Zunping, who at that time served as the provincial vice governor in charge of science and technology, had already visited this enterprise for a similar research visit. Back then, although the company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Sichuan Province and a national demonstration enterprise for the 863/CMS application program, it employed fewer than 100 people and generated annual sales of only about 20 million yuan.

Ten years ago, Comrade Ke Zunping, who was then the Vice Governor in charge of science and technology, had already visited this enterprise for a similar research visit. Back then, although the company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Sichuan Province and a national demonstration enterprise for the 863/CMS application program, it employed fewer than 100 people and generated annual sales of only about 20 million yuan. Today, however, the company has grown significantly, with its workforce now exceeding 350 employees. Relying on its robust technological capabilities, it has also secured numerous patented scientific and technological achievements that are entirely owned by the company. The company’s products are now sold across more than 20 countries and regions worldwide, and its annual revenue has surpassed 300 million yuan—marking a remarkable turnaround from its earlier struggles. Over the years, the company has consistently been recognized as a locally promising growth enterprise and a key taxpayer. To further nurture and integrate the industrial chain while enhancing the company’s overall competitive edge, the government recently facilitated a strategic move: the company will invest 1.26 billion yuan to establish a state-of-the-art, high-tech electrical industry park spanning over 800 mu within the Guanghan Economic Development Zone. Once completed, this ambitious project is expected to generate annual sales of up to 3.5 billion yuan, significantly boosting tax revenues and creating substantial employment opportunities. During his visit, Comrade Ke Zunping highly praised the company’s rapid growth and transformative journey. He noted that the enterprise has successfully seized a new wave of development opportunities and now boasts clear, well-defined growth objectives. With the right strategies and effective utilization of its unique industrial strengths, he emphasized, the company can continue strengthening its core competitiveness and securing long-term success in an increasingly dynamic market landscape.

　　Han Zhou Electric places great emphasis on the company's Party-building efforts. Back in 2001, when the company had only four Communist Party members, it proactively applied to the higher-level Party committee to establish a Party branch. Over the years, the company has systematically identified and nurtured key personnel from production, operations, and management—such as technical leaders and top-performing workers—and developed them into Party members. Whenever possible, employees who bravely take on challenging and critical tasks, consistently deliver outstanding results in their roles, and demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills are recommended for leadership positions. Today, among the company’s 43 Party members, 21 already hold managerial positions at or above the level of production line director—accounting for 50% of the total membership. This has ensured that the Party branch effectively serves as a robust stronghold, while individual Party members continue to lead by example. In recognition of these achievements, Ke Zunping expressed full appreciation and encouraged the company’s Party organization to keep guiding its members in fulfilling their exemplary roles, inspiring them to excel in their respective duties, drive continuous improvement, and ultimately help the company grow stronger while taking greater responsibility for society.
