On November 23, 2010, Comrade Ke Zunping, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Minister of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Department, visited Guanghan for a research trip. At 3:00 p.m., he was accompanied by Yang Bo, Secretary of the Guanghan Municipal Party Committee, along with other leaders such as Mao Junfu, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Guanghan, to inspect Sichuan Hanzhou Electric Co., Ltd. The company’s General Manager, Ye Chunzhi, and Wang Juzhong, Secretary of the Xiangyang Town Party Committee, warmly welcomed Comrade Ke Zunping and his delegation at the company premises. Focusing on the themes of "Enterprise Service Year" and "Industry Enhancement Year," General Manager Ye Chunzhi provided a comprehensive overview to Minister Ke and other officials, covering the company’s development history, the market potential of its products, and its current operational and production status. Ten years earlier, Comrade Ke Zunping, who at that time served as the provincial vice governor in charge of science and technology, had already visited this enterprise for a similar research visit. Back then, although the company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Sichuan Province and a national demonstration enterprise for the 863/CMS application program, it employed fewer than 100 people and generated annual sales of only about 20 million yuan.

On the morning of December 29, the construction site of the "Hanzhou Electric Industry Park" buzzed with a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The groundbreaking ceremony for DeYang's major industrial projects—marking the official start of construction on the Guanghan Hanzhou Electric Industry Park—was held here with great enthusiasm. This event also signaled the official commencement of 19 new projects in Guanghan City, collectively representing a total investment of 1.26 billion yuan, including the "Sichuan Hanzhou Electric Co., Ltd. Hanzhou Electric Industry Park Project." The groundbreaking ceremony was presided over by Dai Houlin, Deputy Secretary-General of the DeYang Municipal Government. Attendees included Fang Xiaofang, Secretary of the DeYang Municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the Municipal People’s Congress; Chen Xinyou, Mayor of DeYang; Jiang Zilin, Vice Chairman of the Municipal People’s Congress; Zeng Qingyang, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference; Yang Bo, Secretary of the Guanghan Municipal Party Committee; Mao Junfu, Mayor of Guanghan; leaders from relevant government departments across counties (cities, districts) in DeYang; representatives from the French company Schneider Electric, the China Academy of Nuclear Power Research, Southwest Jiaotong University, and the Xichang Satellite Launch Center—along with thousands of guests from various sectors and corporate partners who came to celebrate this milestone.

On the morning of November 12, 2016, Jiang Dahai, former Deputy Secretary-General of the Deyang Municipal Government and current Chairman of the Deyang Prose Association, along with Li Yan, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Deyang Prose Association, Jiang Shi, a member of the Chinese Prose Association, Vice President of the Sichuan Prose Association, and advisor to the Deyang Prose Association, and three other members of their delegation, enthusiastically visited Sichuan Hanzhou Electric Co., Ltd. There, they joined forces with Zheng Xuejian, Chairman of the company, Ye Chunzhi, General Manager, Wu Jing, Secretary of the company’s Party Branch, and both current and veteran members of Hanzhou’s Party leadership team, to hold the inaugural meeting of the "Deyang Prose Association Yanghanzhou Branch," followed by a formal plaque-awarding ceremony. Also in attendance were Li Chengyuan, an editor from the editorial office of *Sanxingdui Literature* magazine, and Li Xiaofu, a 90-year-old veteran of the Anti-Japanese War from Yangyang Town.
